Run Club

We offer 3 session of run club per year all lasting 8 weeks

Winter Session: January – March

Summer Session: June – August

Fall Session: October – December

Run Club Sessions

Our 8 week sessions meets Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6pm. This session includes analysis of running form, timing in the 800 and either the 40 meter dash or 100 meter dash. We will alternate between a distance workout and sprinting workout each session.

Run Club Burst Sessions

Our burst session is a shorten 4 week session. This session does not include as much as a regular session but is a good opportunity to try it out before you commit to our 8 week session, we will still alternate workouts between sprinting and distance but will not go as in depth with everything.
