Run Club

We run our winter run club session from January through March. We meet Tuesdays and Thursdays TIME to TIME for 8 weeks. Our session includes time trails in the 800m, 100m, 40yard dash. 

Run Club FULL WEEK

FULL WEEK Tuesdays 6pm-7pm @ Go For It Sports Thursdays 6pm-7:30pm @ YHS Track Ages 8-15 yrs Workouts will be intermediate to advanced. Each session includes warm up, workout, skills section and cool down. Skill sessions include: starting blocks, running form analysis, handoffs and specific sport applications.
